I try to keep the work at a minimum so I have time to work out a efw times every week. I have been into martial arts since I was a kid and got beaten up regularily in school. In particular I like the Chinese styles Wing Chun and Wu Shu.
It's great that you have time for working out. Since I started working I don't have that much time to visit the gym or to do any other phisical activity but I know that I have to start with it, because this job requires sitting all day and if I (and other people that are into programming), it will have a huge bad impact on my health.
