If anyone doesn't remember, Heartbleed was or is a security threat that was found in https protocols or something along those lines. I heard that it had gone unnoticed for around two years or so, so they might have gotten thousands if not, millions of passwords. Did anyone here get effected by it? Thankfully I didn't from what I can tell, but it does still worry me how easy some can get hacked.

What do you think about this?

Also, read some more on this here (Updated news on how the good guys are taking over heartbleed to catch hackers, story about heartbleed should be there though):

From what I can tell, nothing on my end seems to be effected. I updated all of my accounts, at least the important ones. I didn't bother with ones I rarely use anymore though.

I changed quite a few passwords since I heard about this. I really think it was meant for the US government to monitor people and generate said persons personal info. I worry that I missed some important websites, so I often mark down sites I change my passwords on.

I think I have billions of logins on the net but only a few that were affected by heartbleed. I changed 10 or 11 passwords so far...
